All patrons entering the Uptown Live event site may have their image or likeness reproduced for promotional and/or other purposes by the event producer Alliance West Sports & Entertainment and the Uptown New Westminster Business Association. By entering the event site, patrons agree to allow such use of their image and/or likeness and accept the inherent risks in entering the festival area. Any criminal activity, violence, public intoxication, destruction of property or any other violation will not be tolerated. Any person found to be in violation may be removed from the event site and are subject to arrest.
